    According to the relevant degradable plastic materials "PBS, PVS, PSM" currently studied in China. Through research and screening, we have determined to use PSM products produced by Wuhan Huali Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. as raw materials. Conduct research, application and production of plastic packaging bags (vest bags, plastic bags) produced by biodegradable plastic technology. And has completed a series of test work.
    At present, we have basically mastered the basic processing temperature. Now we mainly study the precise heating temperature of PSM on our existing equipment, the temperature of the first, second and third zone, the temperature of the tee, the temperature of the membrane head, the temperature of the first, second and third zone, The theoretical temperature of the tee and the film head are: 160℃, 170℃, 180℃, 160℃-180℃. In practice, the friction zone and shear heat of the material being extruded in the screw are very high. When the material is in the second and third zone, the temperature is particularly difficult to control, and high temperature will occur. It is easy to burn the PSM to form a char material, and the packaging material will be difficult to form a film, which affects the product quality. Our test It is to find out and find a suitable temperature control screw speed.
    The film needs to dissipate heat in the process of extrusion and blow molding. The processing temperature after PSM and ethylene is blended is reduced, and the cooling speed of the film is increased. Without stretching, it has been shaped, and the product has no tension at all. , We need to study and solve the respective coordination problems of the wind ring opening and the wind speed and traction speed.
